This Privacy Policy describes how DELTA WOOD DOO (hereinafter „Kolibica“, „we“, „us“) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data in connection with the use of our application and tools for managing content and messages on social networks, including the „Kolibica Agent“ application which is connected to Instagram and Facebook accounts through the official Meta platforms.

We process data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is the data controller

2. What data we collect

Through the use of our application and its connection with Instagram/Facebook accounts we may process:

  • Business account data: account ID, username, name and basic information about the connected Instagram/Facebook profile and its page.
  • Account content: posts, stories, reels, and the performance statistics (insights) of those posts.
  • Comments and interactions: comments that users leave on the posts of the connected account, including the username and the text of the comment.
  • Direct messages (DM): messages exchanged with the connected business account, for the purpose of automatic replies and customer support.
  • Technical data: access tokens and identifiers necessary for the connection through the Meta API to work.

We do not collect the passwords of your social networks. The connection is made exclusively through the official Meta authorisation mechanism.

3. How we use the data

We use the collected data solely in order to:

  • publish and schedule content on the connected accounts at the user’s instruction;
  • automatically reply to comments and send direct messages (for example, a reply to an enquiry in a comment);
  • display statistics and reports on the performance of posts;
  • provide customer support and improve the operation of the service.

We do not use the data to profile third parties or for advertising beyond the agreed scope of the service.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process data on the basis of:

  • the consent you give by connecting your account and using the service (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);
  • the performance of the contract for the provision of the service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • the legitimate interest in the safe and reliable operation of the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Sharing of data

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with:

  • Meta Platforms (Instagram/Facebook) – to the extent necessary for the connection to work, in accordance with the Meta Platform rules;
  • providers of technical infrastructure (hosting) who process data on our instruction and under an obligation of confidentiality;
  • competent authorities where the law expressly requires it.

6. Data retention

We keep data only for as long as is necessary to provide the service or as required by law. When an account stops using the service or withdraws access, we delete or anonymise the related data and tokens within a reasonable period.

7. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and domestic legislation you have the right to:

  • access the data we hold about you;
  • rectification of inaccurate data;
  • erasure of data (the „right to be forgotten“);
  • restriction of or objection to processing;
  • data portability;
  • withdrawal of consent at any time.

8. Data deletion

If you want us to delete all data collected through your Instagram/Facebook account, you can do so in two ways:

  1. Withdrawing access in your account settings: on Instagram/Facebook open Settings → Apps and websites, find „Kolibica Agent“ and click Remove. This stops any further collection of data.
  2. Request by email: send a message to office@kolibica.com with the subject „Data deletion“ and the username of the account. We process your request and delete the data within 30 days, with a confirmation by email.

9. Cookies

Our website may use necessary cookies for basic operation and, with your consent, analytical cookies. You can control cookies in the settings of your browser.

10. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, alteration or loss. No system for transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page, with the date of the last change indicated.
