Sheet boards are mainly used for serving cold appetizers, and are classified as such (for one, two and four people). They are made from a combination of steamed beech and ash.

Advice:
Do not keep wooden mixing spoons and kitchen boards submerged in water, as they will deform. Boards and wooden mixing spoons should be washed and dried immediately after use.
