Description
A long serving board with rounded ends, 600 × 200 millimetres, set on low feet. The feet lift it off the table, so air stays underneath, the board does not stick to the surface and it is easier to pick up. The flat surface, without dividers, carries cold cuts, cheese or pastries along its whole length.
The panel is beech, glued up from several lengthwise staves, 19 millimetres thick. The rounded ends and finished edges make it pleasant to handle, and beech keeps its shape after long use.
Standing on feet, the board can also be set over a dish of ice, with air left underneath. That arrangement is used for servings that need to stay cold.
Wash by hand, do not soak; wipe dry at once.
