Description
A square serving board with four recesses and a central field. Set on the table as a diamond, it gives each of the four places its own field — handy for snacks with drinks and for a cheese tasting. The side measures 295 millimetres.
The panel is beech, glued up from several lengthwise staves, 19 millimetres thick. The recesses are hollowed to full depth with rounded bottoms, so they empty and wipe out easily. Beech does not take on smells, so the same board can carry cheese today and fruit tomorrow.
Laid out as a diamond, the board itself points the food towards four sides, which suits a table people sit around. That is why cafés and wine bars choose it, where snacks accompany a tasting and everyone takes their own.
Lukewarm water, no dishwasher; wipe dry at once.
