Description
A serving board 440 × 200 millimetres with two small cut-out grips on the sides. The grips add nothing to the overall size but give a secure hold — the board is lifted off the table without sliding fingers underneath.
It is made of beech, glued up from several lengthwise staves, 19 millimetres thick. The working surface is flat and without dividers, so it serves both for cutting and for serving. Beech does not take on smells and stands up to daily washing.
Grips at the sides mean the board can sit right against the edge of the table, with no part projecting. That is useful on smaller tables and in narrow service aisles.
Lukewarm water and a sponge without wire wool; wipe dry at once.
