Description
A small serving board with a handle, 245 millimetres long overall. There is a hole drilled in the handle, so the board can hang on a hook beside the stove or on the kitchen wall. The size suits one cheese, bread cut at the table, or a starter for one.
The panel is beech, glued up from several staves, 19 millimetres thick. The handle is cut together with the panel and not added on, so there is no joint to come apart. The surface is sanded smooth and left in its natural colour.
A small board is usually bought as a second one alongside a large one — for quickly cutting a single slice or a clove of garlic without taking out the big panel. That is why it is hung where it can be seen.
Wash by hand in lukewarm water and wipe dry at once.
