Description
An oval serving board with two cut-out handles at the ends. The handles are not added on but part of the panel itself, so there is no joint to give way under a full load. At 400 millimetres long and 185 wide it suits both carrying out of the kitchen and leaving on the table.
It is made of beech, a glued panel 19 millimetres thick. The inner surface is slightly dished, so juices stay on the board. Beech is dense and does not take on smells, so after washing no trace of yesterday’s dish is left.
Because the handles are cut from the panel, they add nothing to the length — the board still fits a 45 centimetre deep cupboard. That is the difference from models with a projecting handle.
Wash by hand in lukewarm water and wipe dry immediately.
