Description
A rectangular serving board split into three fields — one large and two smaller. It is meant for a serving where the dish and its sides come together rather than on separate plates. At 345 × 245 millimetres it fits in front of one guest without taking half the table.
The panel is beech, glued up from several lengthwise staves, 19 millimetres thick. The dividers are cut into the panel itself; there are no glued-on parts that could come away in time. The surface is worked smooth and ready for use.
Three fields mean the dish and the sides do not run together even while the board is carried through the room. That is why this shape is chosen by places where food travels from a counter to the table and the way is not short.
Lukewarm water and a sponge without wire wool; no dishwasher.
