Description
A wooden tray 380 × 230 millimetres with a raised rim all the way round. A larger format than usual — a whole breakfast fits on it, or coffee for two with a sweet, so it is used both at home and in hospitality.
The rim is high enough to hold the dishes while carrying and low enough for the tray to be cleared easily. The base is flat, without dividers, so it takes any arrangement.
A larger tray takes two cups with saucers and a pastry, so it is chosen by cafés serving coffee in the traditional way. With no dividers, the arrangement is left to the waiter.
Wipe with a damp cloth, without soaking.
