Description
A wooden tray 300 × 220 millimetres with a shallow recess and rounded corners. The recess holds what is carried on it, so dishes do not slide towards the edge when the tray tilts. The format suits breakfast, coffee with a sweet, or small dishes of sides.
The rim around the recess stays flat and wide enough to take the tray with both thumbs. The edges are finished and rounded.
The recess holds the dishes in place even when the tray is tilted, so it suits carrying through a flat or up stairs. For service in a dining room, larger trays with a raised rim are better.
Wipe with a damp cloth and dry at once; do not soak.
