Description
A serving board 290 × 220 millimetres, 15 millimetres thick, with a wide short handle and a hole at the top. The handle is broader than usual, so the board can also lean upright against the kitchen wall as part of the equipment kept in sight.
The panel is beech, glued up from several lengthwise staves. The smaller thickness reduces the weight while beech keeps its stiffness, so the board stays flat in daily use. The colour is natural, without a finish.
At 15 millimetres the board is noticeably lighter than the 19 millimetre ones, so it is also chosen by those for whom weight matters — for children, for older hands, and for carrying every day.
Wash by hand in lukewarm water and wipe dry at once.
