Description
A rectangular serving board 345 × 245 millimetres, with a channel around the rim and two round seats at one end. The seats are for sauces or small bowls, the channel catches juices, and the rest of the surface stays free. One dish thus covers both the main course and what goes with it.
The panel is beech, glued up from several staves, 19 millimetres thick. The edges are slightly rounded so they do not cut into the hand while carrying. Beech is dense, so a knife mark stays shallow and the board does not absorb.
The two round seats take bowls of the usual size, but also eggs or small balls of cheese. For that reason the board is used for breakfast too, not only for snacks with drinks.
Do not soak and do not wash in a dishwasher.
