Description
A round serving platter 300 millimetres across, with a ring cut near the edge. The ring separates the centre from the rim and gives the platter the look of classic tableware, while also keeping juices in the middle.
The surface is flat and without dividers, so the platter takes anything from a pizza to a shared serving. The 19 millimetre thickness gives it the weight that keeps it in place.
The cut ring is also a visual boundary for how far the food should go, so the serving stays in the middle and the rim clean for handling. In hospitality that is the difference between a platter that looks tidy and one filled to the edge.
Wash by hand and wipe dry at once.
