Description
Twenty centimetres across — the smallest round board in the range. Sized for one portion: a slice of cake, a few pieces of cheese, or a cup with something beside it.
A circle has no corners, so the board is wiped in one motion and nothing collects at the edges. The rim is rounded and finished.
Beech, hard and close-grained, so it does not take on smells and a knife mark stays shallow. Wash by hand in lukewarm water and wipe dry; do not soak.
Small round boards are usually bought in fours or sixes, as individual serving plates. At this diameter each guest gets their own rather than sharing one large board.
