Description
An elongated oval serving platter 480 × 200 millimetres, with cut lines following the outline. The 48 centimetre length and narrow form suit a serving laid out in a row — fish, cold cuts, skewers or pastries.
The lines cut near the edge hold juices and at the same time frame what is on the platter. The surface is flat, without dividers, so the arrangement stays free.
The elongated form is made for fish, which is served whole and will not fit a round platter. The same shape is used for skewers, laid out parallel along the platter.
Wash by hand and wipe dry immediately after.
