Description
An oval serving platter 300 × 200 millimetres. The smaller size in the same range — for a single portion, a starter or a dessert. Because of its size it sits in front of a guest as a replacement for a ceramic plate.
The surface is slightly dished, so juices stay on the platter, and the rim is rounded and comfortable in the hand. The panel is 19 millimetres thick.
The smaller format also fits a standard plate rack, so pieces like these are easy to store in a hospitality kitchen. They are washed by hand, which is worth bearing in mind when deciding how many to order.
Wash by hand in lukewarm water and wipe dry at once.
