Description
An oval bowl 460 × 200 millimetres, long and narrow. The 46 centimetre length suits a table where the serving runs in a line — cold cuts, grissini or cheese spread along the whole dish instead of several smaller ones.
The trough is shallow, 30 millimetres deep, with a soft run-out to the rim. The shape is easy to read: everything is visible and within reach, and the dish stays low without blocking the table.
The narrow, long form sits along the centre of the table, so plates can be set around it. That is why it is chosen by venues with long tables, where a round dish takes too much space.
Wash by hand and wipe dry at once.
