Description
A honey dipper, 200 millimetres long and 22 across — the turned stick with grooves that lifts honey out of a jar without it running off.
The grooves are what do the work: honey sits between the rings and comes out with the dipper, then runs off in a thread when it is turned.
Beech, turned from a single piece. There is no joint and no fitted handle, so nothing can come loose in the jar.
A dipper is rinsed in warm water and left to dry; it is not washed with detergent, because honey needs no soap and the wood is better left alone.
- Dimensions: 200 × Ø 22 mm
