Description
An ashtray for cigars, 250 × 130 millimetres and 30 thick — long rather than round, because a cigar is laid down along its length and not stubbed out.
The rest is cut into the top so the cigar lies in it without rolling. The proportions follow the cigar: a short round ashtray does not hold one, which is why this format exists.
Beech, 30 millimetres thick. The weight is deliberate — a heavy ashtray stays where it is put, which matters on a table outdoors.
Cigar ashtrays are given as gifts far more often than they are bought for use. We can laser-engrave a name, initials or a date on the surface; the price depends on the size of the engraving and is agreed beforehand.
