Description
A catering board — an assembly of several round discs of different diameters, from 200 to 500 millimetres, mounted on a common frame. The serving goes upward: one kind of food per level, and the whole thing takes the table space of a single board.
The arrangement is chosen as needed, because the discs are of different diameters and can be stacked in more than one order.
It is made for catering, celebrations and hospitality venues, where a whole selection has to be presented in one place without covering the table.
The discs are beech, glued up from several lengthwise staves, 19 millimetres thick. At these diameters solid panels would warp, and warped discs would not stack level on the frame. We can laser-engrave a name or logo on the largest disc; the price depends on the size of the engraving and is agreed per order.
