Description
A narrow, long bowl 460 × 120 millimetres, with a shallow trough running the whole length. The format is deliberately narrow — it sits along the centre of the table or between the plates and carries grissini, pretzel sticks, olives or sliced cheese, without taking the space meant for plates.
The 30 millimetre depth keeps the contents inside even when the dish is carried. Because of the small width the panel stays stiff and flat, so the trough holds its shape along the whole length.
A narrow dish of this length also fits along the edge of a bar, where a wider one could not. That is why it is taken by cafés that keep snacks on the counter, within reach of guests.
Wash by hand in lukewarm water and wipe dry at once.
