Description
A round bowl 300 millimetres across with a row of separate recesses set around a central field. The middle takes a sauce or whatever is shared, and the fields around it one kind of snack each — nuts, olives, dried fruit, pretzel sticks.
The layout is made for a table with several people around it: the bowl is turned and everyone takes from their own side. The 30 millimetre depth keeps the contents in place even as the dish is moved.
Because the fields hold different things, the bowl should be washed straight after use — savoury and fatty foods sit in wood longer than dry ones. Lukewarm water and a sponge without wire wool are enough.
Wipe dry at once; do not soak and do not use a dishwasher.
