Description
An elongated bowl 460 × 200 millimetres with a shallow trough running the whole length. It is long and narrow, so it is set along the centre of the table — everyone around it can reach, and the plates keep their room.
The trough is hollowed to the full 30 millimetre depth with a gradual run-out to the rim. That run-out makes taking and cleaning easier, and the contents stay in even when the dish is moved.
At 46 centimetres long this dish does not fit every cupboard, so it is worth measuring the shelf first. In hospitality it is usually kept on an open shelf, where it is also taken from.
Wash by hand, do not soak; wipe dry at once.
