Description
A round bowl 225 millimetres across, divided into three equal fields. A smaller format than the large round ones — it fits a small table, beside coffee or a drink, and still carries three different things at once.
The dividers meet in the middle and split the circle into three equal parts, each 30 millimetres deep. The shape is easy to read: everyone at the table sees what they are taking, with no rummaging.
The panel is beech and glued up from several lengthwise staves, because at this diameter a solid piece warps in time. The recesses are hollowed into the same panel, with no glued-on parts. Beech does not take on smells and does not pick up colour from fruit.
Wash by hand in lukewarm water and wipe dry at once.
