Description
A narrow, long bowl 460 × 120 millimetres, divided into three successive fields. Three compartments along one line mean three kinds of snack on one dish — dried fruit, nuts and something savoury, each in its place.
The fields are hollowed to the full 30 millimetre depth with rounded bottoms. The dividers are part of the panel itself and do not come away in time, and the contents do not mix even when the dish is moved.
Three fields in a row also suit serving three versions of the same thing — three cheeses, three kinds of olive, three pâtés. That arrangement is used in hospitality for small tastings.
Wash by hand, wipe dry at once; oil from time to time with a wood oil.
