Description
A board 450 × 150 millimetres with two round bowls 130 millimetres across. A round bowl empties to the last spoonful more easily than an angular one, so this set suits thick sauces and dips lifted with a spoon.
The bowls sit in seats hollowed into the board and do not move while the set is carried. They lift out for washing, and the board is wiped separately.
Everything is beech. The board is glued up from several lengthwise staves; the bowls are hollowed with rounded bottoms, with no corners for the contents to stay in. Beech is dense and does not absorb, so no smell is left after washing.
Wash by hand in lukewarm water and dry both parts fully before putting the set together.
